At Blueage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy for all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to ensure a smooth transition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Blueage account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring the package is properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
